YME is a youth group which hosts events occasionally with kids and teenagers numbering to 50 at times. There was no streamline method of registration for events, nor a portfolio to showcase and store past events. Volunteers were needed but there wasn't a way to reach out for qualified and dedicated volunteers.
A complete CMS structure was built by our team which can easily be managed by YME. Event info along with pictures and other necessary information was displayed on clean designed templates. Forms integrated with Zapier were used for event registration. A clean and simple design was standard across the website.
